I'm not sure the Insurance Fraud Bureau is that far off the mark - what was it P.T. Barnum said about never going broke underestimating the intelligence of the American public?
The ads certainly don't work to support Prius sales: a "green" company would hardly advocate wanton destruction of perfectly good vehicles.
Personally, I find those ads offensive - especially the smug, crafty-looking bitch with the chainsaw. Bwuhahaha.
