I've seen a lot of spam get past my filters, because most of the words are completely random, and the ones dealing with the product sold are misspelled. I know that, even if they offered something I really wanted, I wouldn't respond to this sort of advertising.
I also get a lot of emails with no subject and no contents, and never the same email address twice. I tried to set up a filter for it in Mail the other day, but you can't set null fields as a condition...
